Sending Instruments to Service
Instruments can be sent for service through the Instrument section.
To send an instrument to service, select the instrument and click on the 'Service' tab. Select the date the instrument has been sent to the service and the service center that will be servicing the instrument with an optional comment and click 'Send for Service'
Adding Service Centres
Should you wish to add a service provider that does not currently appear on the drop down list, click on the 'Instruments' main menu option and select the 'In-Service' tab option.
Click the green 'Service Centres' button on right of the screen. This is where you can add, update or delete service centres that you use to service your instruments.
A pop-up screen will appear and you will see any service centres you already have entered. You can edit the information by clicking on the 'Edit' option on a particular service centre. You can add a new centre by clicking on the 'Add' button on the top to enter in a new service centre.
All service centres in this list will appear in the dropdown list of the service centres option when you are sending instruments to service.
