The parent portal offers parents the following features:
- View events for groups (ensembles) their child is enrolled in
- View contact information for each group their child is enrolled in
- Have access to view / download shared documents from your document library on MSM admin
- Update their contact information
- View their invoices, and download invoices in PDF format
- Be able to complete the following registration forms
- Register a new student
- Enrol into addition ensembles (If this has been setup in the admin system under the Parent Portal - Enrolment process)
- Re-enrol for the following year (when this has been setup in the admin system)
Where parents have more than one child in the music program, they are able to switch between their children to view the information that is relevant to each child

Events, Groups and Documents will be displayed once their child has been placed into a group (ensemble).

Switching between students and Adding Students
Parents with multiple students can switch between students to view events, groups and shared documents related to the selected student. To switch students parents click on their child's name in the header. They are also able to add additional children. (The option to add a student is only displayed when your registration form is set to active)

Enroling in Additional Ensembles
Students are able to request enrolment in additional ensembles by selecting the Enrolment option in the header of the Groups section. This option is only displayed when your enrolment form is set to active.

Re-enrolment
If a student is required to re-enrol, the enrollment form will automatically be displayed when the parent / student logs into the parent portal.

For parents with multiple students in the music program a list of students required to re-enrol will be displayed to them on login.

Events
The events calendar will display rehearsals and other events related to the groups the selected student is in. Clicking on an event with display more details about the event. See setting up rehearsals, to easily add your rehearsals to the events calendar

Documents
A list of documents that have been shared through the MSM document library will be available for parents to download.

Updating Contact Information
Parents can update their contact information anytime by clicking the top right icon in the header and selecting profile.


View and Download Invoices
Parent can view a list of invoices for their children in the music program. Clicking on an invoice will display the invoices and allow them to download the invoice in PDF format.
