The student list can be sorted in order of any of the columns on the table. To sort by a specific column, click on the column header and it will order the list alphabetically ascending, by clicking the column header again, it will sort the list in descending alphabetical order.

The student list can be filtered by clicking on the ‘Filter Rows’ button. This will place a row below the heading row. In each of the columns you can type in anything you would like to filter the row by – multiple columns can be filtered. Example, you might want to filter the list to show only clarinets in the concert band. You would then type ‘clarinet’ in the instrument row and then type ‘concert band’ in the groups column and this will then show you only clarinet players in the concert band. You could then filter it further by class or year if you wanted to.
